Travel Resources

In an age of digital media, planning a trip is becoming easier. Instead of spending hours debating over a guidebook purchase at a bookstore, or searching bookshelves in a library, we can spend hours surfing the internet, reading blogs, reviewing tourism website etc.

There are hundreds upon thousands of useful websites about travel on the internet. So, why am I taking the time to create resource pages for SpunkyGirl Monologues? Well, first of all, I want to make your life a little easier by gathering relevant, unique and up-to-date information that will help you plan your next trip. Naturally, I’m not an all-powerful, all-knowing being, so there are things I may miss along the way. If I do, I hope you’ll take a few minutes to send me a quick note (email: pamela.macnaughtan(at)gmail(dot)com) and let me know!

Blogs I Read -This section is a collection of travel blogs and travel communities that I have found useful and fun to read. Hopefully you’ll find some gems in there as well!

Interviews -This section is where you’ll find quick links to interview posts that have bee written on SpunkyGirl Monologues.

Being a Travel Blogger is NOT Easy -For the most part, traveling, blogging and blogging about traveling is fun. But there is a lot of hard work involved, especially if you want to monetize your blog. The fact that there are many get rich quick pitches floating around, doesn’t help. Yes, you can make money on a travel blog. No, it will not just fall into your lap as soon as you buy and read someone’s eBook. It requires work and dedication.
