Mwahahaha! Fantastic description of what I do. (Although, honestly, I don’t spend nearly enough time talking about cupcakes. Oh yeah, and I do like to mention potato chips on occasion).
And two more suggestions for fun ladies to follow:
@koangirl (obsessed about mops… and often likes to taunt me with descriptions of exotic Oreo flavors).
@bkksmackdown (the queen of potato chip tweets & blog posts)
Aw, thanks! I promise, I am more than just mops and exotic Oreos in my Tweets!
Thanks, Sally. Unlike Mary Anne, I cannot promise more than potato chips. That’s just how I roll.
What a kick ass group of women…I love that you put this together.
Appreciate the Mongol Rally mention – we’ll need all the help we can get this summer!!
Happy to be in such good company here
And don’t forget Sally tweets about unicorns a lot too!
Thanks for the mention. Truly honored and also thanks for introducing me to some fantastic ladies to follow.
I literally am in awe at having been included in this list amongst such great women of the travel world! THANK YOU!! Wow!!
GREAT list of ass-kicking women!!!
A lot of really great Twitter women are missing from that list. This is why I am not a fan of lists.
Well, this is your opportunity to share which women you follow then!
Thanks for including me Abbie!!
Solid picks. There are many great female travel writers who are active on Twitter. I’d add @agentcikay, @runawayjuno, @jcreaturetravel, @butterflydiary and @scenebylaurie, to name just a few. Of course, I’d love to be included on the list too!
(I’m at @leslietravel and @downtowntravel).
It makes me smile BIG to see this wonderful list. Finally, female travel writers are making their mark in the travel industry. I love reading your world views and tips that come from your own personal experiences. We need those so that other women will take the step to walk out the door and try this life enhancing ‘travel thing’ themselves. You are all a force to reckoned with and I’m so proud to be a part of it. Go Girls;-)
Thank you lady! I appreciate you putting me on the list – and for putting together such a wonderful list of inspirational women in travel
